Municipal Services

Midway Crossing brings local municipal services to its shoppers, including a library, Sizakala Centre and the GO!Durban head office. These municipal services are located on the lower level of the centre and have made Midway Crossing a vital hub in the lives of the local community.

Public Transport & Free Parking

The Midway Crossing transport hub is located on the ground floor of the centre and includes a taxi ranking area as well as a pick-up and drop-off zone.

There is also ample on-grade open parking bays free to the shopping public.

Free Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is free to all shoppers for the first 15min.
After this shoppers can purchase an Ikeja voucher at participating stores.

Follow the easy steps listed below to connect:

STEP 1:

  • Turn on the Wi-Fi settings on your device.
  • Select ‘midway crossing wifi by ikeja’ that should appear in your wi-fi options.

STEP 2:

  • Once you are connected to ikeya you will automatically receive 15min free.
  • Click to go online’  will allow you to start your browsing.

STEP 3:

  • To extend your browsing time load your voucher number onto the home-screen.

24-hour Security

Midway Crossing has 24-hour security and CCTV cameras located both inside and outside the centre. Creating a safe and secure shopping environment is paramount to our operations team.
